Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the original booking cost.
If we can fill your appointment at short notice you will receive a full refund, which will be credited to your account.
If you are late, you will be utilising your allotted appointment time. You will be charged for the full scheduled service(s) of that original appointment but will therefore only receive a percentage of the service due to it overlapping another clients booking.
Where we can accommodate the full service we will be more than happy to do so.
Now, more then ever, arriving on time to your appointment is vital due to cleaning and sanitisation between clients. This is the reasoning for the above statement.
Deposits are only currently required for wedding bookings and extension services. However, our stylists will use their own discretion whether to take deposit for other large services.

Walk-in appointments are accepted where available and our phonelines are open during our opening hours. Also, online booking is available to use at a convenient time for you but don‘t be shocked if we give you a quick call to arrive 15 minutes prior or change your appointment. Our stylists want to ensure you are booked for the correct service with the extra cleaning/sanitation time between each client.
Please arrive to your appointment alone and on time.
Always socially distance from everyone in the salon... apart from your stylist!
If possible, enter the salon with one bag and no coat. If a coat must be worn please hang it yourself on our stand which will be located on the landing. Extra bags also must be left in this space.
Use anti-bacterial hand gel provided.
Wear a face covering when entering the building. (We do have disposable masks available to use should you not have your own)
Please scan the QR code on the door upon arrival for the NHS tracing app.
Wait on the landing for your stylist to collect you and take you to your service chair. Unless otherwise instructed by a team member.
Sorry, no magazines will be available but feel free to bring your own entertainment.
Drinks will be offered to you in disposable containers.
